Need a person to take over Ilya Sobolev's social media and start managing it systematically. Not just posting, but responsible for growth, strengthening as a media, and helping big projects. Tasks: Instagram, YouTube, systematize Telegram, other socials. Expected results: regular posting, audience growth, clear logic for each platform, new formats, collaborations, support for big projects, analytics.

Experience with YouTube or Instagram. Understanding short video, trends, memes. Ability to create and test new formats. Skills in social media analytics and strategy. Ideally a hands-on senior/middle who can manage content plan, write titles, analyze results. Nice to have: pool of contractors.
