Design and implement content moderation policies for user safety. Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate moderation technologies. Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tools. Drive continuous improvements in moderation workflows and internal tools.

4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies. Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges. Experience with compliance regulations and risk evaluation. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, or AI is a plus.
