4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments. Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
