Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment. Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and innovation. Drive AI-driven moderation initiatives and build next-gen moderation tools. Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers.

4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance challenges. Proven experience managing cross-functional projects. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. English proficiency; Russian is a plus.
