Head of Content Moderation

Head of Content Moderation for a user safety/Trust & Safety team. Competitive salary + bonus + stock options. On-site in Limassol, Cyprus. Lead moderation policy, compliance, and a team of moderators.

Design and improve content moderation policies for user safety. Champion compliance across moderation domains with legal and product teams. Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers. Build and execute a strategic roadmap for best-in-class moderation. Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tech providers. Drive improvements in moderation workflows and technologies.

4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments. Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges. Proven success in leading cross-functional projects. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and project management skills. English proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
