Head of Content for Ilya Sobolev's social media, remote, salary 100,000-200,000 RUB, manage Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and other platforms.

Responsibilities: - Take over Ilya Sobolev's social media and manage them systematically. - Grow accounts, strengthen them as media, and support major projects. - Handle short-form content creation and strategy. - Organize processes and bring order. - Manage Instagram, YouTube, systematize Telegram, and other social networks. - Achieve regular posting, audience growth, reduced unsubscribes, clear platform logic, new formats, content from shows/concerts/guests/archives, collaborations, promotion of 'Toxics' and concerts, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements: - Good experience with YouTube or Instagram. - Understanding of short video, trends, and memes. - Ability to create and test new formats. - Ability to work with social media analytics and justify strategy. - Hands-on senior/middle level: can clean comments, build content plan, write headlines, analyze results. - Preferably have a pool of contractors and know when to involve them. - Important: ability to appreciate Sobolev's humor.
