Head of Content

Hash Hedge, a top crypto prop company in the CIS, seeks a Head of Content to lead all content areas, build video and organic social traffic, and manage a team. Full-time remote.

About Hash Hedge: top-1 crypto prop company in the CIS market. Responsibilities: - Lead the entire content direction: media, email newsletters, Telegram channel, community; set the vector and meanings for segments, approve topics, edit materials prepared by the copywriter and community manager. - Build a video workflow from scratch (horizontal and vertical formats). - Build a new organic traffic channel through social media; currently most traffic comes from partners, and the goal is to reduce this dependency through an owned content strategy. - Track content and social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Required experience as Head of Content or head of a content direction. Nice to have: experience in crypto, trading, or finance. Able to invent strong ideas independently and drive them to results; autonomy and creativity are more important than working from someone else's brief. Good sense of humor combined with understanding of user psychology. Comfortable working with numbers and metrics, not only creative tasks.

Full-time; conditions are discussed individually at the final interview. A ready team to manage: copywriter, community manager, designer, production. Fully remote and flexible schedule.
