Head of Content at SmartSix (smart paste-filler with liquid enamel, premium brand at the intersection of dental care and cosmetics). Build and scale a content factory, manage creators, KPI tied to sales. Salary from 100,000 RUB, remote.

Responsibilities: – Build and scale a content factory team of creators: independently fill roles of blogger hiring manager, curator and trend watcher; as the team grows (from 5 creators and more), gradually allocate and delegate these roles. – Constantly monitor creators' content and trends, identify videos that significantly deviate from the blogger's average delta, analyze their structure and replicate working mechanics. – Keep production volume at the benchmark level (60+ content units per creator per month) and ensure volume does not reduce quality. – Implement a KPI system tied to sales. – Analyze team and individual creator metrics, identify which formats and authors actually drive sales, and redistribute resources in their favor.

Candidate requirements: – Experience building a content factory. – Able to manage people through processes, numbers and systems, not manual control. – Able to maintain a high pace of work and many parallel tasks. – Able to develop employees, strengthen weak areas and maintain team results. – Understands how content production is organized and what affects its effectiveness. – Able to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision. – When applying, must attach a portfolio/examples of work based on numbers (video + result).
