Head of Compliance

Head of Compliance at Кабибара, a digital currency exchange operator. Full-time remote role to build compliance and internal control systems.

Responsibilities: - Develop the compliance and internal control system for a digital currency exchange operator. - Monitor regulatory changes and help teams implement them. - Develop internal policies and procedures, ensure compliance. - Identify violations, propose corrective measures, and monitor implementation. - Prepare reports for management and coordinate with AML, risk, legal, and IT teams.

Requirements: - Higher education. - Experience in internal control, compliance, audit, or similar in the financial market. - Ability to translate complex requirements into clear business processes. - Impeccable business reputation. Accepted experience (any one): - 1+ year in a managerial position (e.g., head of internal control, internal audit, or risk management). - 2+ years in internal control, internal audit, or risk management, or as an auditor of financial statements. - 3+ years in a financial organization or regulator (legal, accounting, financial operations, control, or supervision). Nice to have: - Understanding of the crypto market and experience in building compliance processes for digital assets.

Full-time remote position.
