Head of Community & Support
Novabits is looking for a Head of Community & Support for their mobile MMO RPG, Riorise. The role focuses on improving player trust, support quality, and communication between players and the development team. Fully remote with flexible hours.
We are developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG. The game combines open-world, roleplay RP, life simulator, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real-time. We are looking for a Head of Support & Community. The main goal of the role is to increase player trust in the administration, improve the quality of support, and build transparent communication between players and the development team. What you will do: — Audit the current game master system and rebuild the administrator work processes. — Centralize all player inquiries into a single support system. — Continuously improve support processes based on data and feedback. — Set up an effective feedback channel between the community and the product team.
What is important to us: — 3+ years of experience in community management and support/game mastering in gamedev. — Experience in building processes and managing Community and/or Support teams, including with non-Russian speaking teams (Portuguese / Spanish / English). — Experience managing moderator or game master teams. — Experience in SAMP/GTA-like projects is a big plus.
