Head of Communications Design

Head of Communications Design at Alfa-Bank. Lead 7 designers, manage product/communications projects, supervise Key Visual, 3D and AI visuals, ensure cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg.

Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 7 designers: task allocation, quality control, and team development. - Manage large projects at the intersection of product and communications: from task definition to final implementation. - Digital communications: create and supervise Key Visual for the product and regular digital communications; select metaphors, create 3D and neural visuals and/or supervise designers and agencies. - Cross-functional interaction: ensure effective collaboration between the design team and other teams (CRM, product, business, CGO), build processes.

Candidate wishes: - Experience leading a team of designers or managing large projects. - Strong portfolio in communications design and understanding of product design. Experience in CRM direction is a plus. - Excellent command of graphic editors, confident skills in 3D and neural networks, understanding of Key Visual. - Ability to communicate on equal terms with product designers and business, defend your point of view, and argue for the position of communications design.
