Experience in bookings for 3+ years: hotels, villas, resorts, short-term rentals Team management experience for 2+ years Knowledge of Bali and Southeast Asia market: seasonality, guest profile, competitors, channels Fluent English (B2 and above): verbal and written communication Practical experience using Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok as sales channels Understanding of direct booking funnel and experience growing direct sales share Work with AI (MANDATORY): Active daily use of ChatGPT / Claude / Codex etc. in work processes. Experience writing and implementing internal regulations from scratch or reworking outdated ones. Ability to visualize processes (diagrams, flowcharts).
