MTS Bank is seeking a Head of 3D Design to lead a team of 3D designers. Requires expertise in Cinema 4D, Adobe CC, Figma, and generative AI, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include team leadership, art direction, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Lead a team of 3D designers, conduct reviews, and provide art direction. Lead team and individual formats (daily, retro, 1-1, knowledge sharing sessions). Develop and implement 3D styles, guidelines, and quality standards for 3D content in the Bank's Design Studio. Participate in recruitment and training of new employees for the 3D design team. Participate in briefings and preparation of technical specifications, and coordinate them with clients. Oversee the work of external contractors, assign tasks, and provide creative direction. Continuously improve team workflows, implement new technologies and tools (especially AI). Build collaboration with other departments (Graphic Design, Product Design, Architectural Center, Marketing, etc.) for complex projects. Track metrics and generate reports on the direction's performance for Studio and Marketing management.

Higher education in visual communications. Understanding of banking products and the fintech industry. Experience in fintech/retail/IT. Developed soft skills (team leadership, concept presentation, project defense). Proficiency in Cinema 4D (Redshift/Octane) + Adobe CC (Ps, Ai) + Figma, generative neural networks (Nano Banana, etc.). 3-5 years of experience in 3D and graphic design, with a relevant portfolio. Knowledge of layout, composition, and typography.
