Guest Operations Officer – Holiday Homes
Holiday Homes company in Dubai is seeking a Guest Operations Officer with 2-3 years of hospitality experience. Responsibilities include managing guest communication, coordinating check-ins/outs, and resolving issues. Offers competitive salary and career growth.
Manage guest communication before, during, and after the stay Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes Ensure apartments are ready for guest arrival Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams Resolve guest issues and special requests quickly and professionally Monitor guest satisfaction and online reviews Assist with reservations and booking management Support the team in maintaining high hospitality standards
2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or holiday homes Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Basic knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking. com, Airbnb) Organized, proactive, and guest-oriented personality
