Growth Product Manager

Growth Product Manager at Avalava.ai. AI team with consumer AI app in Russia and prosumer AI platform for US market. Full-time, remote. Focus on growth hypotheses, onboarding, paywall, conversion, monetization, acquisition, retention, revenue.

Avalava.ai AI team has two directions: • consumer AI application in Russia • prosumer AI platform for the US market There is room for growth: new markets, channels, product mechanics, and monetization models. The role will find growth points, quickly test hypotheses, and evaluate results in numbers. Responsibilities: • Search and launch growth hypotheses at the intersection of product, marketing, and business • Improve onboarding, paywall, conversion mechanics, and product funnels • Test new geos, landing pages, acquisition channels, and monetization models • Launch product mechanics that affect acquisition, retention, and revenue • Work independently with data and assess the impact of decisions on key metrics and P&L • Lead tasks end-to-end: hypothesis → launch → data → conclusions → next iteration • Pick up operational and integration tasks if they directly affect growth

Important: • Experience in Product, Growth, or Product Marketing • Good understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization • Ability to work with data and make decisions based on it • Focus on business results, not the number of closed tasks • High autonomy and willingness to work hands-on • Ability to move quickly and calmly work with changing priorities • Experience launching new products, directions, or own projects will be a plus • AI-first approach: Claude, AI agents, and other AI tools are part of daily work • English B2+ • Main thing: ability to turn ideas into measurable results: more users, higher conversion, more revenue, more efficient acquisition
