Zorion is a global, Asia-first fintech wallet that provides users with a USD account, cards and an Earn product. We're a funded early-stage startup. You'll own the marketing function end to end, from strategy to execution. It's a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer accountable for retention and growth results. You'll work directly with the CEO. What you'll do: • Build and execute the marketing strategy • Drive user retention and re-engagement • Attract new users globally through paid social, KOLs and partnerships • Run our social media to grow and engage the audience • Lead the launch of new products and features

What we're looking for: • 3+ years in growth and retention marketing in fintech or crypto • Track record of scaling user growth • Proven experience improving user retention • Hands-on experience across paid social, KOLs and partnerships • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup Nice to have: • Experience as a solo or first marketer at a startup • Advanced use of AI tools to scale content, campaigns and analytics • Experience running campaigns across multiple markets
