You'll own the marketing function end to end, from strategy to execution. It's a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer accountable for retention and growth results. You'll work directly with the CEO. What you'll do: - Build and execute the marketing strategy - Drive user retention and re-engagement - Attract new users globally through paid social, KOLs and partnerships - Run our social media to grow and engage the audience - Lead the launch of new products and features

What we're looking for: - 3+ years in growth and retention marketing in fintech or crypto - Track record of scaling user growth - Proven experience improving user retention - Hands-on experience across paid social, KOLs and partnerships - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset - Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup Nice to have: - Experience as a solo or first marketer at a startup - Advanced use of AI tools to scale content, campaigns and analytics - Experience running campaigns across multiple markets
