First Class is a premium auto salon building a sales system where content is a sales tool. Key elements include Telegram and automation. Seeking result-oriented specialists focused on metrics and results, from content creation to deal closing. This is an operational role with a focus on results and metrics, not classic SMM. Seeking a growth operator! RESPONSIBILITIES: • Content: Uploading, planning, and regular publication of video and other content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Telegram). Adaptation for platforms. • Automation: Setting up and supporting connections via n8n, Make, Zapier, working with Telegram bots, automating applications. Process monitoring. • Lead Generation: Tracking, initial qualification of applications, quick handover to the sales department. • Analytics: Daily monitoring of metrics (reach, engagement, leads), analysis of content effectiveness, calculation of lead cost/conversion. Strategy optimization.

• Experience in digital/growth/performance marketing for at least 1 year. • Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation. • Experience with automation tools: n8n, Make, Zapier. • Skills in working with CRM. • Basic analytics (GA, Yandex.Metrica, Telegram Analytics). • Ability to work "hands-on" and focus on results/numbers. Key KPIs: • Number of qualified leads per week. • Cost per lead. • Conversion to deal. Will not suit if: • You are a classic SMM specialist without experience in analytics and automation.
