GreenPlum DBA at international product IT company. Support and develop data storage/delivery, administer Greenplum, Kafka, Debezium, tune performance, monitoring, replication, security. Office in Limassol, Cyprus; relocation covered.

International product IT company develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, mostly entertainment online services. Looking for GreenPlum DBA. Relocation to Cyprus at company expense. Responsibilities: — Support and develop data storage and delivery architecture; — Administer Greenplum, Kafka, Debezium; — Tune OS, JVM, and hardware performance (Bare Metal); — Select server configurations for new projects and expand existing ones; — Organize monitoring for databases and data buses, configure for high loads; — Set up replication and DB backup; — Configure security and access levels to infrastructure.

Experience with GreenPlum; Strong Linux knowledge; Knowledge of one scripting language. Nice to have: — Experience with log collection and analysis systems (ELK/LogHouse/Graylog); — Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Pushgateway); — Experience with ClickHouse, Vertica; — Experience with configuration management (Ansible); — Experience and understanding of DB authentication protocols (AD, LDAP, Kerberos); — Experience with high-load high-availability systems.
