Graphic Designer at Slice of Joy in St. Petersburg. Responsibilities include creating visuals for product cards on marketplaces, developing A/B test hypotheses, and adapting layouts. Slice of Joy (SOJ) is a manufacturer of delicious and nutritious confectionery and functional snacks, founded in 2019. Our products range from protein bars to marshmallows, catering to athletes and those who simply enjoy sweet snacks. Responsibilities: • Creating visuals and developing infographics for product cards on Ozon and Wildberries. • Developing and launching visual hypotheses for A/B tests. • Regularly refining visuals based on test results and analytics. • Quickly adapting layouts for various tasks and formats. • Preparing banners for promotions, sales, and seasonal campaigns. • Participating in the design of new product packaging based on the product marketer's concept. • Working according to technical specifications from the e-commerce department.
Experience with Ozon / Wildberries. Proficient in Figma and Photoshop. Experience with FMCG products. Portfolio required (please send your portfolio in your cover letter). Understanding of persuasive visuals for marketplaces. Readiness to work in a mode of continuous improvement, testing, and revisions. Ability to work quickly, systematically, and according to technical specifications. Nice to have: • Experience with visual A/B testing. • Experience in packaging design or interest in this area. • Proficiency in Illustrator. • Understanding of e-commerce logic and card metrics.
Competitive salary: base salary + KPI (salary is determined individually based on your competencies). Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, timely payments. Work schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00. Comfortable and modern working conditions. Office address in St. Petersburg: Parkhomenko 10k2, BC Cerean. Probationary period - 3 months (can be shortened by management decision).
