Responsibilities: - Create visuals for social media: posts, cards, stories, covers, advertising creatives. - Develop selling and image presentations for clients, partners, and internal tasks. - Design blocks and visual concepts for landing pages together with marketers. - Create merch and print materials: posters, flyers, certificates, stickers, postcards, souvenirs, and event materials. - Participate in brand identity development, create new creative directions, visual patterns, and templates. - Mentor junior designers: set tasks, review work, provide feedback, and control quality.

Requirements: - Middle/Middle+ level, confident and fast in graphic editors and neural networks. - Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator. - Experience with AI tools for generating static images and animation: Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Topaz, and others. - Knowledge of Tilda is a big plus. - Ability to adapt design for different platforms. - Understanding of marketing tasks and ability to create visuals that help sell and convey messages. - Interest in visual trends and willingness to experiment with identity and content formats. - Portfolio with real projects: social media, landing pages, presentations, merch, and print.
