Graphic Designer

Responsibilities: - Create visuals for social media: posts, cards, stories, covers, advertising creatives. - Develop sales and image presentations for clients, partners, and internal tasks. - Design layout blocks and visual concepts for landing pages together with marketers. - Create merch and print materials: posters, leaflets, certificates, stickers, postcards, souvenirs, and event materials. - Participate in developing brand identity, create new creative directions, visual patterns, and templates. - Mentor junior designers: assign tasks, review work, provide feedback, and control quality.

Requirements: - Middle/Middle+ level, confident and fast in graphic editors and neural networks. - Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator. - Experience with AI tools for generating static images and animation: Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Topaz, and others. - Knowledge of Tilda is a big plus. - Ability to adapt design to different platforms. - Understanding marketing tasks and ability to create visuals that help sell and convey messages. - Interest in visual trends and willingness to experiment with identity and content formats. - Portfolio with real projects: social media, landing pages, presentations, merch, and print.
