Graphic Designer

I AM Agency seeks a Graphic Designer for social media creatives, Reels editing, and project management. Remote, full-time, salary from 15,000 to 20,000 RUB per project.

Create creatives for Instagram, VK, Telegram and other platforms strictly according to briefs. Edit Reels according to technical specifications. Manage projects with volume: ~15 content units per month (posts / Reels) and up to 60 stories per month. Ability to manage 5+ projects in parallel.

Confident use of Figma, CapCut and similar editors. Skills with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Claude). Developed visual awareness and good visual taste. Responsibility, conscientiousness and professional approach to work. Mandatory portfolio with examples of work (applications without examples are not considered). Students of full-time departments are not considered. Test assignment is required.

Remote work. Payment on average from 15,000 to 20,000 RUB per project (with successful cooperation, a fixed salary can be considered). Bonus system. Full-time. Opportunity to take on 5 or more projects. Internal training and professional growth opportunities.
