Graphic Designer (SMM / Digital)

Agency seeking a Graphic Designer for children's and FMCG brand projects; full-time remote role creating social media visuals and AI-generated content.

Main tasks: production of short videos for Reels and clips (editing, motion design, on-screen text, subtitles, covers). Video stories: animation, simple mini-games, short storytelling, polls. Generating images with neural networks (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, etc.) with post-processing and retouching. Animating static images and assembling neuro-videos (Runway, Kling, Pika, etc.): realistic AI animation or graphic animation per brief. Adapting a single video for platforms: VK clips, Telegram, MAX, Odnoklassniki, Zen. Preparing resizes and variants for different aspect ratios and platform restrictions. Creating infographics, collections, guides, and lead magnets (PDF materials). Preparing creatives for promotions, contests, and special projects. Working according to references and brand book, maintaining visual consistency.

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design. Proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, working with design systems). Mandatory experience with generative neural networks for creating images. Experience with image animation and creating neuro-videos (Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar). Experience with task managers (Bitrix, O!Task, Asana, Jira, etc.) - an advantage. Post-processing and retouching skills (Photoshop or similar). Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). Strong sense of composition, color, and typography. Ability to work within a given style and maintain a consistent visual language. Self-sufficiency, attention to detail, responsibility for results. Willingness to complete tasks promptly (within the working day). Advantage: experience with children's, food, or FMCG brands; understanding social media content specifics and the impact of visuals on reach and engagement; experience with brand books and developing visual identity.

Remote work, full-time 5/2. Long-term cooperation on a permanent basis. Stable payment under a contract with self-employed or entrepreneur status, discussed individually depending on experience.
