Develop creative concepts for advertising materials on marketplaces within the brand book, aimed at increasing conversion from viewing a product card/banner/brand zone to purchase. Independently create advertising materials (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) using modern technologies. Prepare technical specifications for the agency, control the quality and timely implementation of your tasks. The agency will scale creatives created and tested by you across the portfolio (other SKUs/other sizes). Analyze metrics - CTR, CR and adapt content based on results. Analyze competitor content and general trends in creative approaches in the market. Closely collaborate with P&G cross-functional teams.

Willingness to relocate to Moscow with company support. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role on Wildberries and Ozon – your current role should match the responsibilities described above. Must have a portfolio of product cards and brand zones for marketplaces created by you. At least 1 year of experience in A/B testing of product cards on marketplaces - continuous research of the impact of your created creatives on CTR/CR indicators. More than 1 year of experience in creating product card designs using neural networks – in your current role, you actively use various AI tools and are an advanced user. Professional proficiency in graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva) and video editors: CapCut/Videoleap (basic level). Knowledge of marketplace requirements for product cards and banners. Ability to create structured technical specifications for all types of content. English level - not lower than A2 - Elementary. Readiness to work 40 hours per week.
