Graphic Designer / Layout Designer

Join Lakra as a Graphic Designer to develop packaging, brand visuals, and marketing materials. Full-time, office-based in Oktyabrsky, Moscow Oblast.

Develop new packaging design options and enhance existing ones. Create graphic solutions for advertising and POS materials: stands, paint-outs, printed materials, outdoor advertising, POSM, and other media in a unified brand style. Participate in the development of the company's brand identity and trademarks, form and develop visual standards, maintain a consistent brand style across all media. Adapt existing packaging design concepts for specific product types. Develop logos and select font solutions for trademarks within branding tasks. Create and supplement brand books and visual standard guidelines. Independently develop creative concepts, search for and refine new ideas. Create marketing presentations. Develop digital advertising content: banners, landing page concepts, and other online media. Develop souvenir and corporate product design: merch and printed materials. Create visualizations and mockups for marketing materials and for operational coordination of decisions. Perform technical preparation of layouts for printing (prepress), control compliance with printing house requirements.

Professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. Ability to use neural networks for creating and refining design layouts. Skills in creating 3D visualizations and mockups for clear presentation of design solutions. Understanding of different graphics software features and ability to choose the optimal tool for a specific task. Knowledge of production requirements and ability to prepare layouts for print properly. Mastery of composition, typography, and various graphic styles, and the ability to apply them confidently. Knowledge of color correction and color science principles, understanding of prepress specifics for offset and digital printing.
