Graphic Designer at Lady Stretch in Kazan. Partial remote work. Create visuals that impact sales, work with digital and offline materials, presentations, and brand identity. Requires Figma experience and a business-oriented mindset.

Lady Stretch is a major international network of stretching and fitness studios for women in Russia and the CIS, with over 200 studios and a strong client base. We are looking for a designer to shape the brand's visual system across the network. Tasks: • Create visuals that influence sales: from social media posts and packaging to offline materials (flyers, banners, etc.). • Layout presentations. • Develop brand identity for promotions, launches, and events within the network. • Work with print materials: from concept to production-ready layout (understand print layout specifics). • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, etc.) to enhance creativity. • Collaborate with the content team (designers, copywriters, team lead).

• Designer with a strong foundation in digital and print. • Proficient in Figma is mandatory (experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw is a plus). • Strong visual awareness in fashion, lifestyle, fitness, beauty, and wellness segments. • A person who thinks from a business problem perspective, not just aesthetically. • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality. • Understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. • Experience using neural networks in design (for results, not just trends). • Proactive: identifies areas for improvement and implements them. Will be a plus: • Experience with network brands or franchises. • Understanding of how design impacts marketing and conversion. • Willingness to occasionally visit the office for rare offline meetings and strategic tasks.
