Literary agency "Manuscripts Burned" is looking for a Chief Curator/Project Manager/Project Lead. Responsibilities include overseeing book creation projects, monitoring processes and deadlines, and coordinating the team. Salary: 80,000 - 200,000 per project.

Responsibilities: Overseeing book creation projects at all stages; Monitoring processes, deadlines, and quality; Interviewing authors; Coordinating the team: writers, editors, designers; Participating in writing: assisting with structure, presentation, and material sourcing. The book itself will be written by a writer.

Key Requirements: Age between 25 and 42 years old, Experience in writing books from start to finish (in any role), Understanding of the book writing process; Love for books Understanding of genres, the literary world, and being well-versed in the industry.

Conditions: Project-based work (8+ projects concurrently), Remote work (1 client meeting per week and chat communication), Salary: 80,000 to 200,000 per project from start to finish (average 4-5 months); Trial period available.
