The task is to write a book of approximately 300 pages on public speaking, based on videos, voice recordings, and interviews with Maria Aksenova. Maria has previous books, so her style can be used as a reference. It is important to accurately convey the author's "voice" and meanings. Responsibilities: - Ghostwriting based on interviews, materials, and speeches; - Structuring material and meanings; - Searching for necessary additional information online and fact-checking; - Writing text while maintaining the author's style; - Participating in the development of the book's logic, structure, and dramaturgy; - Revising text based on feedback; - Including links and QR codes to Maria's programs; - Interacting with Maria's team (producer, project manager).

Experience in writing books of this genre (MANDATORY, cases/examples), ability to convey the author's voice, not write "from yourself", sensitivity to style: depth, clarity, intelligent presentation without oversimplification, fluent Russian language, strong text discipline, ability to meet deadlines, willingness to work in dialogue, to listen and accurately incorporate edits.

Remote work, project-based, interaction format: calls, communication in messengers, text work. Deadlines and payment are discussed individually (depending on experience and cases).
