Happy Games Studio is looking for a Product Analyst for casual game projects. Analyze metrics, find growth points, and generate hypotheses. Fully remote with flexible hours.

We are looking for a product analyst for casual projects. If you are interested in finding growth points through data - let's get acquainted Tasks: • Analysis of metrics, search for growth points and reasons for declines (retention, monetization) • Hypothesis generation • Conducting A/B tests • User segmentation and working with offers • Influence on key metrics (LTV, ARPU, retention)

• Strong product thinking • Experience with A/B tests • SQL + Python • Basic statistics • Understanding of product metrics • Ability to clearly communicate conclusions

• Full remote • Flexible schedule (no time tracker) • Influence on the product • Competitive pay • Social package (DMS, bonus-days, sick-days)
