Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots)

Game Mathematician role in iGaming team, focusing on game math and slot development. Requires experience in iGaming slots math, Russian language, and English B1. Remote position outside of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

We are looking for a Game Mathematician for our iGaming team. This is a hands-on role with no people management responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for the mathematics of games, primarily slots. Responsibilities: - Develop and configure mathematical models for games; - Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win; - Perform simulations and prototypes; - Prepare math docs / PAR sheets / probability tables; - Interact with development and QA teams during implementation.

Experience as a Game Mathematician in iGaming; Mandatory experience specifically with slots; Russian language is required; English - from B1, working level is sufficient; No need to write production-ready code, scripting / prototyping is enough.

Location: outside of RF / RB / Ukraine.
