Game Designer

Game Designer for VR game Elemental Towers at Varvision Games. Remote, project-based, Lead/Senior level. Salary to be discussed.

Elemental Towers is a VR game combining puzzle, tower building, and dragon battles. The player acts as a mage restoring magical towers. Gameplay and mechanics are already implemented but not yet cohesive. Need to study the current version, align game vision based on existing capabilities, and determine necessary changes. Deliverable: game design document with core loop, rules, system interactions, and concrete plan to finish the game.

Practical experience in game design and preparing documentation for developers.

Salary budget not yet determined; open to market rates, including high ones if justified. Project-based employment.
