IT People is looking for a Senior/Expert Functional Testing Specialist for a remote role within Russia. Salary is negotiable. Requires 5+ years of experience, strong testing methodologies, SQL, and Linux skills.

The role involves functional testing, working with requirements, developing and executing test scenarios, defect tracking, and interacting with project teams. Experience with version control systems like Git is required.

1. Higher technical education 2. 5+ years of experience in testing 3. Knowledge of testing methodologies, understanding of different test types/kinds, experience in writing test plans 4. Ability to work with requirements. Experience in developing test scenarios, executing them, and documenting results. Working with defects and controlling their correction 5. Understanding of relational DBMS theory, practical experience with one of the DBMS: CRUD operations, writing medium-complexity queries (table joins, data grouping), ability to read and understand SQL procedures. 6. Linux knowledge: console work, common user commands (file, process, resource management, object permissions). 7. Experience in teamwork and interaction with other project team departments, proactivity 8. Experience with version control systems (Git). GitLab experience is welcomed.

Format: remote from Russia, Russian citizenship, via individual entrepreneur/SMZ (Self-Employed).
