Fullstack QA Engineer (Kotlin)

Experienced Fullstack QA Engineer (Kotlin) needed for a high-load system project in Russia. 5+ years in QA, Kotlin automation, API testing, and databases. Remote or hybrid work in St. Petersburg or Nizhny Novgorod.

Develop one of the most high-load systems in Russia. Responsibilities include manual and automated testing of backend services (40/60 ratio), API testing of high-load systems with many integrations, developing and maintaining backend automated tests in Kotlin, working with SQL and NoSQL databases, Kafka and Elasticsearch, analyzing logs, creating mock servers, applying test design techniques, collaborating with developers and analysts, maintaining test documentation, organizing internal demos, reviewing requirements, and validating bug reports.

5+ years as a QA engineer. Experience creating automated API tests. Proficiency in Kotlin (RestAssured, JUnit, Allure). Version control systems (Git). Knowledge of RESTful API specification. Experience with Postman (collections, scripting). Experience with PostgreSQL, HBase, Cassandra. Tools: Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch. Ability to read and analyze logs. Strong knowledge and application of test design methodologies and techniques. Understanding of CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
