Fullstack Product QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)
Nexala AI is looking for a Fullstack Product QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to ensure the quality of their Legal AI platform. This role involves manual testing, API/e2e automation, and building QA processes. Competitive compensation from $2000 to $6000.
We are building a Legal AI platform (laws + court practice + AI search with citation). The product is complex: AI + search + legal data → a lot of non-trivial logic, edge cases, and a high cost of error. We are looking for a strong Fullstack Product QA who will take ownership of the product quality end-to-end. We need a QA who thinks like a product, not like a checklist. This is the first QA role with the opportunity to build the QA function and grow into a QA Lead. What you will do: • Test not only "works \/ doesn't work", but whether the logic is correct at all • Validate features against real user scenarios and business goals • Be the final quality gate before release (together with CPO) • Perform deep manual testing: complex scenarios, edge cases, data, API • Start implementing automation (API \/ e2e) and gradually develop coverage • Build QA processes: test cases, regression, systemicity • Find non-obvious bugs, logic gaps, and UX issues
We are looking for: • 3+ years in QA (B2B SaaS is a plus) • Strong manual + understanding of automation • Confident work with API \/ backend \/ data • Product thinking (ability to ask uncomfortable questions) • Ability to see the system, not just the task • High attention to detail Will not suit if: • You wait for tasks instead of digging deeper • You only test the happy path • You don't ask questions about logic and requirements • You don't want to do automation • You have only worked as a "test case executor" Will be a plus: • Raised the QA function from scratch • Worked with AI \/ data-heavy products • Implemented autotests in CI\/CD
We offer: • High degree of responsibility and real impact on the product • Direct interaction with CPO and CTO • Competitive compensation (from $2000 to $6000, depends on experience) • Growth opportunities as the company scales • Opportunity to build the QA direction for yourself • Remote work format (focus on GCC time zone)
