— Technical leadership in developing complex Fullstack solutions: from backend architecture to final UI. — Designing and optimizing high-load Java services (Core, Spring Boot) for processing large volumes of data from blockchains. — Establishing frontend development standards on React / TypeScript and monitoring their adherence. — Integrating systems with ZK-coprocessors and developing APIs for efficient component interaction. — Conducting Code Reviews, mentoring developers, and participating in the hiring of technical specialists. — Architectural design of frontend interaction with decentralized providers (Ethers.js, Viem). — Ensuring a high level of security (Security-first approach) and fault tolerance for all systems.

— 7+ years of commercial development experience, with at least 2 years in leadership positions. — Expert knowledge of Java Core (Multithreading, JVM tuning) and the Spring stack (Boot, Cloud, Security). — Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern state management tools. — Experience in designing distributed systems and microservice architecture. — Understanding of Web3 principles (transactions, smart contracts, JSON-RPC). — Skills in working with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse) and queues (Kafka). — English language: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (leadership in an international team). Will be a plus: — Experience in FinTech or crypto projects with high security requirements. — Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and experience with Docker/Kubernetes. — Understanding of ZK-Proofs (Zero-Knowledge Proofs) concepts.
