Fullstack Developer

Fullstack Developer at MTS Web Services. 4+ years frontend with TypeScript and 5+ years backend. Full-time, remote. Build backend logic/API in Python and React UI, work with DB, GitLab CI/CD.

Develop server-side logic and API; implement backend modules in Python for mobile and transport network automation; create and maintain REST API for frontend and external systems; validate input data and handle errors. Develop UI: create and maintain web interfaces in React; integrate UI with backend via REST API; fix bugs and improve usability. Work with databases: write SQL queries; use ORM (SQLAlchemy) for standard CRUD operations; use Redis as cache or temporary storage; prepare basic migrations. Work with Git and manage code lifecycle: work with Git repositories (GitLab); follow Git-flow; interact with GitLab CI/CD — analyze pipeline results, fix errors related to own code. Technical support and cross-team interaction: work closely with the technical block (Telecom) — engineers, testers, and related teams on integration; analyze incidents and errors within own area; fix bugs and participate in performance optimization of individual functions.

Experience: at least 4 years of frontend development with TypeScript and at least 5 years of backend development (Python or Go). Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and the required backend language (Python or Go); deep understanding of internals and frameworks. Experience designing and implementing high-load distributed systems, microservice architecture, sharding/replication, and fault-tolerant storage. Code and architecture optimization (V8, profilers, SQL query optimization, ClickHouse); skills in optimizing React rendering and builds (Webpack/Vite/Babel). Ability to create and maintain large codebases, advanced TypeScript types, tsconfig setup, best practices for typing React components. Experience building test suites (unit/E2E), automated testing, CI/CD, release process, and project lifecycle support; incident management experience. Confident understanding of application security, containerization/Kubernetes, monitoring and logs, Linux, and experience with queues/brokers.
