Fullstack Developer

MTS Web Services seeks a Senior Fullstack Developer (Python/React) for remote work, focusing on automation of mobile and transport networks.

Develop server-side logic and API, implement backend modules in Python for automation of mobile and transport networks. Create and maintain REST API for frontend and external systems. Validate input data, handle errors. Develop user interfaces, create and maintain web interfaces on React, integrate UI with backend via REST API, fix bugs and improve usability. Work with databases, write SQL queries, use ORM (SQLAlchemy) for standard CRUD operations. Use Redis as cache or temporary storage. Prepare basic migrations. Work with Git and manage code lifecycle, use GitLab, follow Git-flow. Interact with GitLab CI/CD: analyze pipeline results, fix errors related to own code. Provide technical support and cross-team interaction with technical block (Telecom): engineers, testers, and related teams on integration. Analyze incidents and errors within area of responsibility. Fix bugs and participate in performance optimization of individual functions.

At least 4 years of frontend development with TypeScript and at least 5 years of backend development (Python or Go). Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and required backend language (Python or Go), deep understanding of internals and frameworks. Experience designing and implementing high-load distributed systems, microservice architecture, sharding/replication, and fault-tolerant storage. Code and architecture optimization (V8, profilers, SQL query optimization, ClickHouse), React rendering optimization and builds (Webpack/Vite/Babel). Ability to create and maintain large codebases, advanced TypeScript types, tsconfig setup, best practices for typing React components. Experience building test suites (unit/E2E), automated testing, CI/CD, release process, and project lifecycle; incident management experience. Solid understanding of application security, containerization/Kubernetes, monitoring/logs, Linux, and experience with queues/brokers.
