Fullstack Analyst
Fullstack Analyst at Klerk.ru, a major Russian resource for accountants and entrepreneurs. On-site in Krasnodar, full-time. Responsible for data from business metrics to architectural decisions.
Klerk.ru is the largest professional resource in Russia for accountants, entrepreneurs, and financial specialists. About 8 million people read us monthly. We write about taxes, accounting, personnel, and legislative changes - quickly, accurately, and clearly. We are building a modern microservice platform, gradually getting rid of legacy. We need a Business Analyst who will take responsibility for data at all stages - from business metrics to architectural decisions, helping teams make the right decisions and reduce technical debt. Responsibilities: Business analytics (product): - Collecting and formalizing requirements from business customers (marketing, product, management) with subsequent translation into tasks. - Development and support of a system of business indicators for web products, monitoring their dynamics. - Creating dashboards in Datalens to visualize key metrics (user activity, conversions, revenue, retention, etc.). - Conducting ad-hoc research to test hypotheses, A/B testing, segment analysis. System analytics (technical): - Analysis of existing data schemas in MySQL and PostgreSQL, identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and suboptimal queries. - Participation in designing new microservice solutions: helping define data structures, choose indexes, optimize queries. - Working with infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud (ensuring seamless data access regardless of environment). - Helping unify the analytical data model - transitioning from legacy reports to a unified, manageable schema (Data Vault, Kimball, or other approach). - Documenting technical solutions, writing clear specifications for developers. Technology stack (you will use): - DBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL (SQL knowledge, query optimization, window functions, CTE, complex JOINs). - Message brokers: RabbitMQ (understanding exchange models, queues, routing). - Caches/fast storage: Redis (experience with different structures - strings, hashes, sets, Pub/Sub). - BI/visualization: Datalens (building interactive dashboards, working with various sources, setting up access). - Execution environments: On-premise + cloud (hybrid infrastructure). Linux administration is not required, but understanding of network interactions and APIs is needed. Additionally welcome (not required, but a plus): - Python for automating routine tasks, writing data cleaning/enrichment scripts. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (understanding how analytics fits into CI/CD). - Familiarity with orchestration systems (Airflow - a bonus, but not required).
3+ years of commercial experience as an analyst, of which at least 1 year as a system/architectural analyst (participation in database design, refactoring, integrations). Expert-level SQL - you can explain query plans, design indexes, rewrite slow reports. Ability to build dashboards in Datalens (or similar BI systems - Power BI, Tableau) - willingness to switch to Datalens. Understanding of microservice architecture principles: how data is distributed between services, how consistency is ensured, how integrations are built. Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + cloud) - ability to account for differences in network accessibility and performance. Excellent communication skills - you speak the same language with business and developers, can translate business requests into technical tasks and vice versa.
