Full Stack Developer (Backend-focused, Fintech)

Full Stack Developer (Middle+/Senior) with backend focus for a fintech broker trading platform. Remote, full-time, Kyiv hours.

We are looking for a Full Stack developer with a strong backend focus to develop our fintech products (broker trading platform). Backend is built on Python (FastAPI), frontend on React/Next.js. You will develop new features, design reliable and scalable solutions, and ensure the platform runs fast and stable. Responsibilities: - Development and support of the fintech platform backend on Python (FastAPI) - Design and development of REST APIs and integrations with external services (payment providers, market data) - Implementation of financial business logic: balances, transactions, deposits/withdrawals, commissions, calculation accuracy control - Working with message queues (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous task processing - Development of interfaces on React/Next.js - Working with Docker and Linux servers: deployment, logs, diagnostics - Bug fixing, technical debt reduction, and stability improvement - Incident analysis and context transfer to the evening support shift - Participation in code reviews and technical discussions

3+ years of commercial development Strong backend on Python (FastAPI) Frontend on React/Next.js Docker and Linux Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka) SQL databases (PostgreSQL or similar) Understanding of financial operations: transactions, idempotency, calculation accuracy Git Nice to have: - Experience with Node.js (NestJS/Fastify) - Experience in fintech, brokers, or crypto exchanges - Experience integrating payment systems or market data providers - Monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry or similar) - CI/CD

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time (UTC+2), first shift. Saturday: flexible schedule if there are unfinished tasks.
