Join OTR 2000's 6-month intensive program designed for students (4th-5th year) or junior developers with at least 0.5 years of experience. You will work on real high-load projects under the guidance of OTR 2000 team leads who will provide tasks, training, and mentorship. The goal is to develop you into a confident Middle developer within six months. **Outcome Options:** * **Option 1:** Pass the final interview and receive an offer to join OTR 2000 as a Middle developer with a Middle-level salary. * **Option 2:** Even if you don't pass the final interview, you will gain valuable experience working on OTR 2000 projects and acquire Middle-level skills, making your resume highly attractive to other companies.

1. Experience from 0.5–1 year (strong academic projects are acceptable). 2. Must reside strictly within the Russian Federation (laptop will be provided). 3. Citizenship of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. 4. Willingness to work full-time. 5. Ability to communicate effectively within a team.

This is a 6-month unpaid program. Instead of salary, you will receive intensive training, mentorship from OTR 2000 leads, real project experience for your resume, and a chance to enter the profession at the Middle level.
