Frontend Developer at Yandex for Fintech. Responsibilities include developing operational interfaces and improving customer experience. Requires 2+ years of frontend development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and CSS. Remote/Office work.

Responsibilities include: - Development of operational interfaces You will create and develop automated workplaces for internal users and company partners. You will develop personal accounts from scratch, design interfaces for business process management, and refine and scale the administrative panel platform. Your tasks will include designing the architecture of frontend applications, developing reusable components, integrating with backend services, and ensuring high interface performance when working with large amounts of data. - Development of customer experience and support You will create and optimize interfaces to solve user problems of the main product. You will develop self-service systems: help sections, FAQ, knowledge base, built-in support chats, and feedback forms. Your work will focus on quickly solving customer problems through intuitive interfaces, reducing the load on the support service, and increasing user satisfaction. You will closely interact with support and product teams to identify typical scenarios and automate them.

We expect you to have: - Developed frontend for more than two years - Excellent knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript - Confident command of CSS - Used Git or other VCS It will be a plus if you: - Understand the principles of React and performance optimization methods - Developed on Node.js - Used GraphQL on the client and server
