Frontend Developer (AI)

Bell Integrator seeks a Senior Frontend Developer (5+ years, 2+ as Senior) in Moscow to build AI-integrated interfaces, MCP tools, and multi-agent systems. Office first 3 months, then hybrid/office. React, Next.js, TypeScript.

Develop and integrate tools based on Model Context Protocol (MCP): understand MCP server architecture and design client solutions "interface — agent — tools". Write specifications and rules for agents, develop the team's skill registry. Review code — both human and agent-generated; maintain quality standards. Participate in planning, task estimation, releases; work closely with analysts, backend, design and QA; mentor juniors — including teaching them to work with agents. Develop and refactor platform modules (media storage management interfaces) — via agent under your supervision. Design human-AI interaction surfaces: streaming response chats (SSE), canvases, agent dashboards. Create custom AI agents and multi-agent systems embedded in the product.

Commercial frontend development experience 5+ years, of which 2+ years as Senior. Deep practical experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript, understanding of internals. Experience designing architecture of complex frontend applications and making key technical decisions. Understanding and application of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, and design patterns. Experience with state managers (Redux Toolkit, RTK Query) in large projects.
