Frontend Developer (AI)

Bell Integrator is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer in Moscow to work on AI-driven interfaces and agents. Requires 5+ years of commercial frontend experience, including 2+ years as Senior, with deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Hybrid or office format.

Develop and integrate tools based on Model Context Protocol (MCP), design client solutions for 'interface–agent–tools'. Write specifications and rules for agents, maintain the team's skills registry. Review code (both human and agent-generated) and uphold quality standards. Participate in planning, task estimation, releases; collaborate with analysts, backend, design, and QA; mentor juniors, including teaching them to work with agents. Develop and refactor platform modules (media storage management interfaces) using agents under your supervision. Design human-AI interaction surfaces: streaming response chats (SSE), canvases, agent dashboards. Create custom AI agents and multi-agent systems integrated into the product.

5+ years of commercial frontend development, including 2+ years in a Senior role. Deep practical experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, understanding of their internal workings. Experience designing architecture for complex frontend applications and making key technical decisions. Understanding and application of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, and design patterns. Experience with state managers (Redux Toolkit, RTK Query) in large projects.

Work format: office (first 3 months), then hybrid or office by agreement.
