We're looking for a founding engineer to build a fintech product where a bug costs real money. Work in Shape Up cycles: 1-2 weeks → working result. No daily stand-ups, no Jira. AI tools and hardware paid by us.

Daily work with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor). Shipped systems where a bug costs money. You design, ship and run what you build. English at work; Russian and Ukrainian welcome. Living in Cyprus or ready to relocate.

€65,000–95,000 gross / year. Hybrid (2–3 days in the office), with an option to go fully remote. Work permit sponsorship & transfer. AI tools and hardware paid by us.
