We are the Xmethod.de team - a mobile app development outsourcing company. We are currently in a growth phase and are building a base of AI-native developers for project work. We are considering candidates of two levels: 1. Minimum - a low-code developer capable of independently building a working application with a database and logic (for MVPs, prototypes, simple products). 2. Ideal - a full-stack developer who can handle complex mobile development, backend coding, and web interfaces. Active experience with AI tools is mandatory - primarily Claude (API, Claude Code), LLM integrations, RAG, and agent frameworks are also welcome.
