ORB IT is looking for a Middle Flutter Developer to create and develop high-performance mobile applications. Experience with Dart, MVVM/Clean Architecture, and offline-first approach is required. Salary range is $1500-2000.

ORB IT is a product IT company that develops its own digital solutions and implements projects for external customers. We work in two areas: Own products - we create and develop services and application systems. Full development cycle - from idea and analytics to release and support. Outsourcing and custom development - we design and implement web and mobile solutions for clients from various fields: logistics, fintech, e-commerce, corporate services, and internal automation systems. Deep knowledge of Dart (syntax, asynchronous Future, Stream, async/await) + Experience in handling network errors, timeouts, and application state recovery. Development and evolution: Creation of high-performance mobile applications based on Flutter. + Development and evolution of a mobile application in the ELD (Electronic Logging Device) field with a focus on stability, data accuracy, and compliance with business logic. Architecture: Participation in the design and support of the architecture (MVVM/Clean Architecture). + Design of the architecture considering the offline-first approach, data synchronization, and stable operation with unstable internet. Code quality: Conducting Code Review, introduction and adherence to Best Practices within the team. Optimization: Ensuring the stability, smoothness of interfaces, and overall performance of applications. + Ensuring stable application operation during prolonged use, background operation, and limited connection. It will be easier for you if: Commercial experience of 2-3.5 years Experience with local databases (SQFlite, Hive), secure data storage (Flutter Secure Storage). + Confident experience with local databases (SQFlite, Hive, Isar) and understanding the principles of offline-first development. + Experience in implementing data synchronization with the server (queues, retry, data conflict handling). Mobile Development: + Experience in developing applications with long user sessions and critical business logic (logging, tracking, events). It will be a big plus: Experience in developing offline-first applications Experience with data synchronization and conflict resolution Understanding of background tasks and long-running processes Experience with geolocation, tracking, or event logging
