Flutter Developer

Looking for a Flutter/Dart developer with relocation to Poland, hybrid work in Warsaw office.

Responsibilities: create custom UI components, pixel-perfect layouts, smooth animations at 60/120 fps; integrate Firebase, analytics, in-app purchases, and push notifications; understand Android/iOS ecosystems and platform channels for native integration; write tests.

More than 4 years of experience with Flutter/Dart, deep understanding of widget lifecycle, state management, and animation system. Excellent knowledge of Flutter SDK (animation, adaptive UI, rendering, performance tuning). Proficiency in Dart (asynchronous programming, isolates, generics, mixins). Deep understanding of BLoC/Cubit/Provider and clean architecture. Practical experience with Flutter DevTools for performance profiling and optimization (scrolling, rebuilds, memory). Experience writing tests.

Relocation to Poland, hybrid work in Warsaw office.
