Financial Manager
Financial Manager position in Limassol, Cyprus with BMGM. Responsibilities include cash flow control, payment verification, financial reporting, and cost optimization. Requires 1-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in iGaming, and strong Excel skills. Offers a salary of €3000-€3500 net.
BMGM is a company developing the CPA direction in the gambling/betting vertical since 2016, focusing on measurable results, proprietary technologies, and data-driven solutions. We have over 250 specialists and 300+ partners in Tier-1/Tier-2 markets. We work with PPC/Retargeting, SEO, in-app, ASO, Facebook, develop our own iOS applications, internal analytics, and process automation. The team is distributed globally across 15+ countries, characterized by a fast pace and clear goals. We are currently expanding our staff and looking for a Financial Manager.
Experience in financial accounting, financial management, or as a financial analyst - from 1-3 years, preferably in iGaming (understanding the specifics of payments, commissions, partner payouts, etc.). Knowledge of financial accounting / management accounting / financial analysis (must be able to build reports, understand deviations, and draw conclusions from analysis results). Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets (for large data volumes and quick analysis). Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking environment with rapid changes (complexity of operations, tight deadlines, risk of errors). Readiness for overtime during peak days (a few days a month are very busy). Ability to work independently, effectively manage workload, plan work, and take responsibility for meeting deadlines and quality of work.
Work in a comfortable office in Cyprus (Limassol). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (1 hour for lunch break). Hybrid format possibility: 50% in the office, 50% remote after 6 months of work. Official employment. Delicious lunches for all employees or meal compensation (€210/month).
