Financial Director

Financial Director in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Key tasks include implementing management reporting, internal control, treasury, budgeting, and analytical support. Requires 5+ years as Financial Director in a large manufacturing company.

Key tasks: - Implement operational management reporting system (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). - Set up internal control and risk management system. - Implement treasury system to ensure uninterrupted financing of operations and investment projects. - Organize financial planning and budgeting. - Prepare analytical conclusions for management on pricing, investments, cost optimization, and scaling. - Ensure effective interaction with banks (lending, cash settlement, factoring), auditors, and tax authorities. - Monitor compliance with legal requirements for accounting and tax accounting.

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as Financial Director in a large manufacturing company. - Knowledge of manufacturing accounting specifics (cost, calculation, rationing) and taxation of manufacturing enterprises. - Experience building management accounting and reporting from scratch or deep transformation in high data fragmentation. - Confident use of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting tools. - Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, modeling), experience with 1C and BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
